We understand this is a deeply personal choice. Every product page includes guidance on size, material and capacity. If you would like one-to-one help, please email us — we are always happy to talk things through with no pressure.
Many of our keepsakes and urns can be engraved or personalised. Look for the personalisation options on the product page, or get in touch if you have something specific in mind.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Personalised items may take a little longer while the engraving is completed. You will always receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.
We pack every order with great care, but if something does arrive damaged, please contact us straight away with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
