We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your keepsake, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalised or bespoke pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
